Ok, this is weird - I had to re-register, but I have same username...oh well, doesn't really matter lol.
Yeah, I thought it would be good to be quit before that all kicks in - decided to hit it head on and went for a pub lunch (burger and beer), and managed fine on my first day quit - I also stood next to my son while he chatted to a girlfriend of his who was smoking - just trying a different tactic this time - staring the demon in the face so to speak and getting used to not smoking in these situations straight away...
Is it me....or are all the posts mixed up now? Lol, maybe it's my brain without the nicotine - I dunno but from this my new account, all the posts are in a different order to when I read from my old account - maybe I should go back to bed lol..
