Back in 2013, on this last day of October, I started my quit journey. A little bumpy at the start but well worth the effort put into it. It was actually easier to quit smoking than I thought it was going to be. If you are thinking about quitting....GO FOR IT! It 's the best thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones. I'm back in control of my life again, not the nicotine controlling it.

It would be nice to see some people on here once in a while. It's been very quiet the last few years. I'm sure there are still people that want to quit, but just do not know how and where to start. Or do not have the courage to try. You CAN do it, I'm living proof.

Take care, stay safe and remember...Not One Puff Ever!
