Cig and NRT free - how many seconds a day do you still want a cigarette?

1. Been completely nico free for 138 days now... 2. No craves at all anymore :) 3. Still have thoughts of a cig every now and then...mostly in the evenings, but the thoughts don't last very long at all before my mind is onto other thoughts... 4. I never used NRT, but was on Wellubtrin for 3 months....It was my lifesaver.
