Hi all,

Today makes eleven years since I kicked this nasty habit. Just seems like a couple of years ago though. Time really does fly by doesn't it?

The only regret I have is that I really wish that I would have stopped smoking a long time ago. 37 years of smoking was a very long time, and I can't believe that it took that long for me to realize that I should stop smoking.

Those smoking days are gone now and I really am enjoying life to the fullest now. Changed my lifestyle, changed my eating habits, exercising and saving SO MUCH MONEY that I used to spend on cigarettes. 😀

Best of luck to everyone that's on their quit journey, and to those of you thinking about quitting. IT CAN BE DONE!!
