Hi all, its so nice to see everyone enjoying the new thread and keeping up with dieting/exercise. I am still at it and probably always will be. I watch everything I put in my mouth and I walk/bike/swim at least 2 times a day. I can't do much more than that so I just hope for the best.
Hummy congratulations on your 11 months, way to go girl!!!
Rusty it looks like youron the right track, keep up the good work.
Take care y'all.
Hugs

lol I dont want to sound mean but I do know you have to follow directons in order for things to work right. Your chicken will still be there tomorrow.
I cut up my bananas in the milk and sprinkled a little flax seed on it, gave it a nice taste. You could sprinkle cinammon on it too.
When you have to eat all the tomotoes try buying the grape tomatoes, nice bite size and I can eat a whole pile of them :)
You will feel wonderful. Since I quit AND lost weight I feel great.

I drink allot of water and have for 20 years, long before it was in fashion lol. It really does help keep the system flushed out.
You have alredy started with the bananas today so I wouldnt switch, I dont know why they do things in the order they do but I stick to it no matter what. Just keep some chicken for tomorow. I bought some great steaks today and I am doing them on the bar b que tonight for my beef :)
I notice a difference too even though I do weigh in. My rings are getting very lose on my fingers. :)
Glad I could help, I think this is a great diet to get yourself into gear for losing weight. When I am done with it AI then try to follow the weight watchers diet and I usually do pretty good with that since I am already eating less.
Good luck

Good post Rusty. I dont remember if you walked in the beginning of your quit. I walked 2 miles every morning and 2 miles every night, and it was HOT here so I sweated allot off lol. I dont know if that makes a difference or not, but everyone is certainly different.

Luci, I am so sorry for what you are going through, but you do know smoking wont help it, in fact it will make it worse. You will feel so guilty for smoking and then you will have to go through all the withdrawal again. Smoking will NOT make this easier to handle!
My prayers for you and your goddaughter.
