i finally made it! 1 month, i dreamt of this day and its finally here! i really thought i would struggle to get to this point, just from my experience in the past. this time my only struggle was the first few days, and really its gotten so much easier. i still have cravings, especially in those stressful situations, but ive learned to cope with it by thinking of something else, or just taking deep slow breaths to relax. its amazing how something so easy can work so well. thanks everyone for the support, and encouraging words during those difficult times :)

thanks all for the encouraging words :) this support site has helped me out so much, just to know im not the only one with these withdrawals and cravings. That everyone knows what were all going through. I have my family and friends support, but its not the same, they didnt smoke.
Mercy my goal is to quit for a lifetime, but just like you said to take it one month at a time, so I'm going to do that :) I cant wait till i hit the six month mark too-my goal for this site is to go on a trip, lets see if I have money left over after Amazon.com :eg:
