Ahhh, the infamous donut holes... I know, it's so friggin hard. I have been so hungry since I quit. I have been eating carrots and celery, I feel like a rabbit.
I can't wait for my lungs to feel all clean and new!!!

Thanks! You guys are all so awesome! Believe me, I know the benefits of quitting. I have been smoking full time since I was 13 years old. I already had a cough going. It's been hard, my friends smoke and my family smokes. I never had to hide it from anyone. My son started asking me questions (he is 4) and my finace has asthma, it was just better that I quit. I did LOVE to smoke, though. I am still going strong! Thanks everyone for all of the support!

Congrats on the 10 days! A cruise sounds like an awesome idea! I would rather be on a cruise than on the back porch sweating and smoking!!!

Stef,
It sounds like you are doing a really great job! It seems like everything is a trigger, I want to smoke all of the time. I keep holding on and hoping that one day I won't even think about smoking anymore. Just hang in there! You have come WAY too far to give up now. Keep checking your milage. I love seeing how many cigarettes I have not smoked and how much money I have saved. That has really kept me going.

Chris,
Congrats! I can totally relate to the burning lungs. I have been trying to jog on the treadmill. The first few days it felt like I was swallowing hot knives! I could onnly last like two minutes the first time. And yes, I think about smoking everytime I finish working out. I guess my brain is tired of all of that pesky oxygen... Keep up the good work!

Mr. Ed,
Thanks for posting my 20 days, I really needed that! This has been a challenging 20 days to say the least. I keep dreaming that I break down and buy a pack, it's awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was only a dream and I have 20 days, I have 20 days, I have 20 days!!!!
