You could try speading baking soda on it and letting it sit then clean it off. I know it works on pet odors give it a try. :p

I am not having the exact same problem but have been having panic attacks all of a sudden. I find I can't breathe and my heart races and when it is over I am exhausted. Maybe out bodies are just trying to adjust to being smoke free. I hope someone has an answer for you. ;)
