Well, had a rough day yesterday. Put the patch on, I hadn't wore one since the first day. But needed it yesterday. And today. Also started taking my Wellbutrin again. Thought I was out of the woods, but I guess not! How long before these cravings stop!!!! I do not feel safe with myself anymore! I actually went to the store this morning with every intention of buying a pack. But bought a scratchoff instead. (Think someone recommended this the other day!!! :p I won 7 dollars!!!! ) Try it!

my sentiments exactly Cassie! I almost cried yesterday I wanted one so bad. I didn't even want a whole one, just one good long drag and I thought I'd be alright. I got thru it....
Taking one day at a time....

Right after I quit, like the next week, I began a kickboxing class and started watching my calories. It seems like I'm just staying at one weight, I guess I'm fighting off gaining weight, but I am busting my tail and not seeing any results.... Looking for a chocolate cake!!!

I was just curious how long the "quit smoking" weight gain lasts???? Anyone know? I've been working my tail off and have done nothing but maintained, so I thought well, maybe I'm close to the point to where the post smoking era weight stops its war its waged against me, I will lose weight!!

I know. that's what discouraged me too. Right before my fall, I spoke with someone, who is a smoker at the moment, who said they quit for 2 years and started back. And another for 5 years. I was terrified, it made me realize that it is a terrible addiction and there needs to be more help for this!
