Nicotine patches !@#$%

I had this prob with patches UNTIL my doctor suggested sticking them on my bottom. Just change cheek every day to avoid irritation. The fact that you are sitting on them at least some of the time really helps them stick Good luck Phil

Just thought I would write

Hi Thea Disturbed sleep? Not a problem it goes away think of something nice and you will soon get over it. If you are using patches dont keep them on at night(I did once and had the most terrible nightmares I can still remember them) Once you start counting weeks and not days of not smoking you will feel SO good.Every breath is cooler and deeper. After only a few weeks People I have not seen for a while are saying how well I look.Whenevr you gat the urge to smoke jump to the keyboard and get posting we are all here! Clean the car, tidy the garden, wash the curtains you will be amazed where the energy comes from!!! Sing out loud!! You have saved over 10 dollars alreadt spend it on something you would like! KEEP GOING WE ARE WITH YOU!
