50 to 99 Cruise Ship Departing for the Century Beach!

Thanks Sushik, I saw her there too and she was chatting to Madi33 who is 50 days today as well, I'm hoping she'll see the stats parade thread inviting her to join the cruise. After the WELCOME BANQUET in the Mermaid lounge tonight we've got Salsa dancing to shake the extra pounds!! Wish I had a picture to go with this...sighing Lilly :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,146 Amount Saved: 355 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 6 Mins: 40 Seconds: 32

Massive, huge,WELCOME ABOARD, Determined2quit, this is great...another May Company quitter, now on the cruise. Sorry about the tough week, what was it? Reading the posts, a lot of us seem to have had 50-60 day horrors...somthing in the cosmos??? Forget it now, total R&R is obligatory on board. Regards Lilly :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,146 Amount Saved: 355 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 6 Mins: 45 Seconds: 1

when do these thoughts go?

Concentrate on focussing on all the best reasons that brought you to your decision to quit....remember that you WANT to quit and we all of us do what we want to do.....and then get to sleep as soon as you can, if helps break the automatic repetitive thoughts. STAY STRONG. Regards, Lilly :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,139 Amount Saved: 355 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 6 Mins: 0 Seconds: 36

Just quit and just joined

Hi Caddie, I worried about weight gain as well. I told myself to forget it and concentrate on quitting smoking as it was far more important, and I just wish I could have followed my own advice as it would have cut out a lot of unnecessary angst!! 2 months on and yes I'm still carrying a few more pounds but it's stabilised, I don't have to watch what I eat, I'm not eating any more than I used to and I haven't gained any more weight for weeks! Exercise would no doubt get rid of the extra....but my family would die of shock if I started that lark!!! So, don't worry, just concentrate on doing brilliantly in your quit. Regards Lilly :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,139 Amount Saved: 355 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 5 Mins: 59 Seconds: 25
