Really felt for you when I saw your post Ann, cravings are mean, foul, treacherous and emotionally painful when they hit you. But they are nothing but false promises, nothing will be better if you give in to them. The only good thing about them is that they definately do pass and in the mean time breathe deeply, write it out and these good people on this site will send you shed loads of support, good wishes and encouragement. Keep it simple, don't rationalise or intellectualise just stay focussed and remember that you have already accomplished the hardest part, which is definately the first couple of weeks.
Best of all my wishes to you. Lilly :)

Many congratulations....400 days is an absolutely tremendous achievement because nicotine is a terrible addiction and by your example we newbies can see that it is possible to beat it. Lilly

Hi ex-slave, it's definately good to find the humour in life... my husband did actually give it a go to join me in the quit, he managed 7 hours but he was asleep for 5 of them! It's the thought that counts and to be honest I don't want anything to rock his sobriety.
But anyway, I've got to ask this...a million posts a day for a month and then nothing.... where is Breaking Free?? Hope we hear from you soon BF, I'll order a Cornish Cream Tea for us all at the Cafe.
