Hi Fish!
That is great news!! I love to hear that others are quitting! I too have my father-in-law and his roomate that quit 3 weeks ago!!
They saw that my hubby and I quit, so they thought they would go along as well!!
I do pat myself on the back for that one. I know if it hadn't been for our quits, they would not have even considered it right now.

Rest assured, I do believe your symptoms are a completely normal reaction to the quitting process.
I was very achy within my first week. My chest ached for about a week and a half. I felt as if I had the flu as well.
I understand completely what you are going through right now. Maybe you are getting a touch of the flu??
Just take it easy. Be kind to yourself. Flush you system out with lots of water. And I mean lots...... I munched on cold blueberries in the beginning, and had a glass of cranberry juice every morning. It really helped me feel better.
Take care of yourself. This will pass. :)

Hello Ann,
Well, my husband and I quit cold turkey together.
I do not know anything about Zyban, but I do know that a lot of people on this site have taken it. I'm sure they will post.
As far as Zyban and an anti-depressant togeter goes, well, I think your doctor should be able to tell you if they are okay to take.
I wish you all the best! I'll be checking in on you to see how you are doing!
