Kendall, I've gotta tell you, I'm already impressed by your determination. I've read a few of your posts and I have a feeling you're going to do this and drag a few others along with you! ;)
It is scary as that quit date looms over our heads. But I think you'll find that once you're actually doing it, it's not so scary. I'm not saying it won't be hard, just not so scary!
Reward after running? Maybe a tall glass of lemonade or ice tea? A peice of freash fruit? or indulge in a piece of dark chocolate? We have a member that found cheese to be a good closure for a meal...but that just doesn't sound great for after exercise. :confuse:
Same thing for in the home office. Set up a pencil holder with straws cut to length. A bowl with hard candies to suck on. If the cravings get bad...get up and go job around the house!
Keep up that determination!
We CAN do this!

Julie,
Why did you quit smoking? REMIND yourself.
How bad was the first week? the second? REMIND yourself.
What were your coping tools? REPEAT yourself.
How proud are you of your success? REWARD yourself.
Congratulations on one year quit!! REWARD yourself!!!

Oh...and did I mention how important it is to reward yourself? :p
