Getting Ready for Tomorrow!!!

*smiles* i bet your mom will forgive. how are you doing tonight? stay strong! Being in a daze is perfectly normal at this stage in the quit. Expect it to last for a while. Try to keep your workload light. The highly emotional thing is normal too. Anywhere from anger to depression. But it all really does pass! Really. Keep us posted! Getting Ready for Tomorrow!!!

:) I like your son! Tell him thank you! If you have a emergency supply, it implies you plan on using it. There is no need of that...because you do not smoke anymore! Of course you feel lousy Kendall! You're healing! When we have a fever, it hurts. The fever makes us feel bad. But the fever is not the sickness....the fever is the healing! The fever is busy killing off all the bacteria that is making us sick. Sometimes things really do have to get worse before they get better. Stay strong and stay close. Post FIRST if you're in danger of losing it, okay?
