Thanks Zookie! That was what I've been wanting to say but didn't have the words for! :) I snacked too much for the first couple of months but since then I've been very careful....yet the pounds keep on adding up. I don't know if it's a combination of quitting, peri-menopause, but I've never weighed this much...even through 4 pregnancies. And I can't seem to lose it. On the bright side :) the gain seems to have slowed down, so maybe now I can put it in reverse!
