Healthy weight goals


My goal is to reach a weight of 53 kg. I know for sure that this goal is achievable, because I already had such weight. I started gaining when I began to live alone, and I could eat at any time ... I think it's a familiar story :)

Now my weight is 58 kg. My worst weight is 65 kg, and I managed to lose 7 kg in six months - I lost weight on a calorie deficit. Now I'm on a plateau and I want to start losing weight again. I go to the gym twice a week, I think to go 3
