Healthy weight goals

Hello!

My goal is to reach a weight of 53 kg. I know for sure that this goal is achievable, because I already had such weight. I started gaining when I began to live alone, and I could eat at any time ... I think it's a familiar story :)

Back Again :)

I am very happy for you that you have a strong will and do not drink for a long time, it is very motivating! I'm sorry you lost your loved ones. This happens in life, and it is impossible to be prepared for this. You are great for not seeking solace in alcohol, you can be proud of yourself

Weight and mood

I am not obese, but it is very difficult to see that you have become fatter than you were a few years ago. You try not to eat, hold on for a couple of days, and then eat all the food at home. You tell yourself that it doesn't matter, you're already fat anyway. And so on in a circle. It is really very exhausting. All thoughts are occupied with how to lose weight.

Squats! The best exercise?

Thanks for reminding me about squats. Many people do them to make their butt look better, but squats are good for everything on the body. But it is difficult to learn how to squat correctly, and this is very important for maintaining knee health.
