Well, I've been taking your advice and eating my feelings haha. My awesome gf made me hummus some of my snacks are healthy!

I'm also took your advice and I took my gf out for a fancy dinner yesterday. It was a reward for me and her. She loved it. It was a really great time.

Thanks for your awesome advice! 👍👍

Quitting again! Anyone else?

Thanks timbo!

I'm just stopping by to say I'm still smoke free!

I've been busy but I wanted to share how great I'm doing.

My cravings have gone way down. I keep having dreams of smoking though and those are annoying. Otherwise I'm doing really good.

I'm really glad I found this site!

If I can do it, you can do it!

I felt the need to post. Yesterday I didn't crave a cigarette. I never thought this day would come. I've tried to quit too many times to mention. There were times when I thought I would never be able to quit. I just kept on trying. I came here and read and wrote and tried again and again. Finally I feel like I'm making progress and you can to. Just don't give up on yourself. Keep trying until you do it! You eventually will.

I have more energy and I'm saving so much money. Also, my girlfriend says she likes kissing me more.... an added bonus!

If anyone needs support please write. I will write back eventually. Dont try to go it alone.

Quitting again! Anyone else?

It's funny you mention that. I have noticed i can smell more things. I even taste things better! The spring air smells amazing. I can't believe I've been missing out on so much. A real added benefit for quitting..

Just stopping by to say I'm still smoke free!

I'm really proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without this site... especially you Timbo!

I am feeling fantastic. I still can't believe I'm a non smoker. I still get cravings but they are way more manageable now...plus I have more confidence in myself. This addiction is definately the hardest addiction I've had to face.

If anyone out there is thinking of quitting you should definitely post here. I think posting saved me. Just knowing I could post honestly was a game changer for me.

I'm here to help too!

Quitting alcohol was tough but if I can do it, you can do it too! Posting helped me quit alcohol and smoking.

Hello!

Coping with cravings is really hard in the beginning but it gets easier.

I got a soda stream and drank carbonated drinks a lot. My gf also got me on kamboocha and now I'm a kamboochaholic lol

Exercise really saved me too. I would get really moody and depressed when drinking and when quitting. Exercise really helped me to manage my mood. I actually started feel happy! I feel happy all the time now 😃. I have lost some weight and I'm in the best shape of my life!

Stay away from trigger spots or people. Plan out your time so you don't get too bored and keep finding distractions. If I can do it, you can do it.

I had to start and stop many, many times before I quit it for good. Don't feel bad if you caved. I hope you didn't though!
