Was quitting now a bad idea?

Hi I am new!

I think quitting during this quarantine might have been a bad idea. I am a few days in and going nuts. I cant stop thinking about smoking. The only thing holding me back is that I don't want to leave the house to get smokes. Is anyone else quitting now? Is anyone else finding it really freaking hard?

Help!

Was smoking my medication??

Hi all,

So I recently quit smoking and I am sooooooo depressed. I have always struggled with depression and I am thinking maybe smoking helped me in some ways. It gave me something to look forward to. It distracted me. It gave me a boost. I truly want to quit but the depression and cravings are really getting to me. I can't even leave the house to do something fun. How is everyone else coping? Has anyone else used substances to cope with their depression? if so, were you able to kick the habit?
