Please Help!

When people try to give up the addictive habit of smoking, they are attempting to lose more than the craving for nicotine. They may be giving up a long-established tool that has helped them cope. A friend of sorts. And that can be the hardest part.Finding how to now address healthy needs that were not able to be satisfied in the past may be key for change. A new sense of self-worth, soothing, and connection can be achieved that can diminish the allure of cigarettes.

Many smokers have found the key to quitting is to pass up the nicotine replacement pharmaceuticals and go directly into their own sub conscious minds – the centre of their beings, to break the cycle of desirability that attracted them to smoking in the first place. One way to do this is through hypnotherapy, a method that induces a hypnotic, or deeply relaxed state of mind that enables the hypnotherapist to create an aversion to smoking through a series of direct suggestions.Try Stop Smoking program By Cerified Hypnotists Joseph R Giove.Hope this helps.Stay Strong

Depression And quitting smoking

You have not recognized the power of your sub-conscious mind and habit-contribution to the process of smoking cigarettes. Recognize that belief and expectation are physiological. Your belief about quitting smoking becomes part of the physiological process of quitting. So first, before even you pick your quit day, adjust your belief so that you do believe you can quit smoking. You can do that because not a cell in your body wants another hit of nicotine poison.

Benefits of quitting

The list is so long I am going to have to read a partial list to you. The bottom line is that you have nothing to lose.
You should watch this youtube video:   http://bit.ly/1ofP5QY

Quitting smoking cigarettes is a pure gain; you lose absolutely nothing. You are not losing a friend; you are not losing the ability to cope with stress or anxiety or boredom. Cigarettes do not accomplish those things. You do. Here is a partial list of the benefits to quitting smoking.
You will smell better. Dating will become easier and you will have more intimacy.

You will have less of a cough or your cough will disappear entirely.

You will have more energy, more vitality and a smoother complexion.

Deeper sleep, nicer breath.

Less concern about long term health.

You will save thousands of dollars a year.

You will avoid getting to death. I tell my clients death is not the worst thing can happen from quitting smoking. It is getting to death that really is the problem. Avoid all of that.

Clearer thinking and a stronger heart.

Greater endurance as you lose weight.

Less stress and anxiety.

You will no longer be a social pariah; you will fit in in your social circles.

You will be able to stop planning your life around smoking cigarettes and when you can smoke.

You will have more time…and who would not love to have more time nowadays?

You will have less of a chance of cancer, heart disease, stroke and infections.

More time with friends, children and grandchildren.
