Thank you for the support. if has just been a ruff year for me and my husband.
lost our baby on the 11/09/2013, I was 21 weeks pregnant and then 5 weeks later my husbands Grandmother passed away and I just decided that before I fall pregnant again I want to stop smoking to give my child a better start in life.
some days is still difficult, as my husband still smokes, but asked him not to smoke in the house, as this will make thing easer for me.
Thank you for all the support. Today I am 31 days smoke free and stopped taking tablets 13 days ago, as it started making me depressed and very short off with my husband and the people I love around me. I am very proud of my self doing this and keeping up with it through the festive season. I must say my husband is very supportive and if it wasn't for his support, I would not have been able to get so far. From today we are TTC again. Will keep everyone posted.
Thank you for all the support. today is day 35 (5 weeks) with out smoking and so proud of my self. The next few weeks is going to be very difficult, as our baby boy "Jonathan"would have been due on the 23 of January 2014, but I lost him in September at 21 weeks, but will all the support for you guys and my husband I will get through this.
Congrats Determinator!!!. The first week is always the worse, if you around people that drink and smoke. I had the same, as we are part of a motorcycle club and we have a lot going on over weekends. The worst week is over, now you can continue to live your life with out smoking. I haven't smoke a cigarette in 35 days.
Today is 35 days. I am feeling very down today, as the due date of my baby boy is coming closer and miss him so much. he would have been due on the 23rd of Jan, but we lost him in Sept at 21 weeks. He was a perfect little boy, just to small and born to early.
Congrats OSA. just continue what you are doing and you will see it just get easier. I still every now and then get my down day, but then just think about all the benefits and push through.
