Why can?t I do this???

Hi Tori ~

For some people it's easy to quit, for others it's pure he!!     For me it was the latter!  All my free time was spent in the bathtub bawling with a washcloth over my face.  My daughters thought that I was possessed!  Well I guess in a way I was.  I was possessed by the addiction.

Maybe you should get mad at yourself.  Maybe you should feel guilty, and then maybe the next time you won't allow yourself to head down to the convenience store to buy a pack.

I'll honestly say that is the only way I've kept my quit and that is to tell myself that I can't have that "1", because if I do it'll lead to that 2 pack a day addiction again within days.

There is a great saying that says it all ~ One is too many and a thousand is never enough.

Don't give in to that first one and you'll be home free!

All my best ~
Leslie

Guilty Pleasures Reward Day is here!!!

I am sooooo a chocoholic!  I also love salty foods like salt and vinegar chips!

Congratulations to you!  You have been an immense help here and I'm sure so many quitters appreciate that!

Thank you for all you've done and will do here at SSC!!
