I've been smoke free for 22 days and the cravings have been worst in the last two days. I quit cold turkey but I do have nicorette gum just in case I need something to take the edge off. Is it better for me if I don't chew gum?

Think of all the cigarettes you haven't smoked in 86 days. One thousand seven hundred and twenty cigarettes not smoked, seams like quite an achievement.

Before I quit smoking, first thing in the morning I would make a pot of coffee and half an hour later I would go outside to the garage and have my first cigarette of the day. Now that I quit, I still make a pot of coffee but I go the computer room and check out facebook and then The stop smoking centre, it keeps me buzy and I still enjoy my cup of coffee.
