Hello. My name is Angie. I was on here years ago when I quit for 2 years. I relapsed and went back to smoking full-time. I decided to try again in January 10 but it only lasted a day or two. I made the decision last night to give it another try, so here I am. It's been going ok so far today. I have my moments of intense cravings but I just breath deeply thru them and before I know it, it's gone. I am using the patch and it is helping me so much. I absolutely love the patch. I used it when I quit for 2 years and I am hoping it brings me success again.
Just wanted to get out there and introduce myself again. I am sure I will be using these boards a lot!
Good luck to everyone!

and a disagreement between my husband and I and as some of you know, once you have one, it's so hard to not become a full-time smoker again. I meant to add that with my previous post.

Hello. Some of you may remember me, from my last two attempts at quitting. I failed again with my most recent attempt to quit. I didn't even bother to try not to slip to be honest. I am however back again but I am already on day 7. I quit on August 2nd. I didn't want to come back and post when I first quit...as a matter of fact nobody knew that I had quit, not even my husband. It was easier for me to not say anything at all, so this way, if I did fail again, nobody would know or be disappointed in me. I can honestly say, that it feels so much different this time around and I am hoping that this feeling I have stays. I feel so much better overall and that is definitely keeping me going. I am still having some urges but nothing compaired to the first few days, however I know the battle isn't over yet. Just wanted to come back here and share my exciting news on 7 days smoke free. I look forward to sticking around this time
