Yep Day 8

Had a really trying day today, had to finish my final for one of my classes and I am over school. I thought I was dying for a ciggarette but, then I realized it was just a really bad craving. Fortunately I have a lot of people to help support me and this journey so I reached out to one of them. So, for all those that are ready to give up smoking  please do because, you are worth the process WE are worth the process

I am back

Hello fellow quitters yes I am back, I am ready to give this nasty habit up. I relapsed in March and have been struggling ever since. I smoked my last cigarette at 3:37am and am ready to do WHATEVER it takes to get through this.I am free for the next three days to deal with the worst days of the first week.I hope to utilize this forum like I have never used it before. I need all the help I can get so please feel free to leave any suggestions. I am doing this cold turkey I have plenty of gum, juice, water, runts, over 100 lollipops, and fruit.I am ready for this journey and I am going to do this One Day At A Time, sometimes I am sure it will be a minute at a time
