I can't believe I have made it this far

Wow 60 days for me...that's 2 months!!!... I am soooooooo proud of myself.
Rewarding myself with a gym membership (I sure do need it).
I am finding this quit quite easy... but I find that I am craving my NRT (logenges) instead of smokingl.  I am trying to cut down on my lozenges (slowly)... and hope I will not have any problems getting off them.
Wanted to thank you all for your support... Without this forum I'm not sure I would of be able to stay quit.. you guys are the bestest...  Stay strong.... stay quit... never quit quitting...  We can do it...

Anyone ever feel like this????

hey Spacecas...  I'm not sure if I am addicted to the lozenges, but I crave them instead of cigarettes... to me that is good.... would be much worst if I craved the smokes I'm sure.  I am slowly cutting down and hopefully will not have too many problems getting off of them.. :o)

Well tonight

Nick, don't let 1 slip discourage you... don't give up.    Most changes do not occur overnight.  In fact, becoming a non-smoker is a process that is developed and refined over time.  If you have a slip, it does not mean you automatically go back to "square one".  You can remain a non-smoker unless YOU decide to become a smoker again.

If a slip happens, it is natural to feel guilty.  But 2 things separate non-smokers from relapsers: how they interpret the situation once the initial emotions are over, and how quickly they get back on track.  If you slip, ask yourself: "What can I do to get myself back on track now?"
You can do this... don't give up because you had a slip... We are all here for you... just reach out.
