cravings

Good morning all. I have been having cravings, not bad ones but I am still getting them quite often. I have just been ignoring them.

My question is, is this a good thing to ignore them or should I try and work through them. Acknowledge them and get through it or just ignore?

I don't want to start smoking again, so any advise would be much appreciated.

test

Today is going to be quite a challenge for me. I hardly slept last night worrying about it. I am a health care worker and I have an 8 hour shift today with a lady who is apparently a very heavy smoker. One right after the other. Well I woke up this morning and I think I feel better about it. I have all my coping skills in place and lots of snacks. It's going to be a little tough, but I never smoked in a client's home even when I did smoke. But have never been to this lady and she is a challenge I have been told. Wish me luck.

I will not smoke today!!!!

Thanks Patrick, I think this will be the last shift with this lady for awile anyway. Today I am not feeling too confident about it. But why worry about something that is 3 days away! Right???
