So what's lazy about it? Does it lie on the couch all day watching TV and eating popcorn or does it just have trouble getting up in the mornings? Oh and I bet that cheeseburger helped!

You have the answers and the proof is in your final sentence but do you REALLY want to quit? If not, go and come again when you are ready but if you do, it is there, right in front of you, sieze it and move on, you know it gets easier, you've been there before but you must WANT TO QUIT!
Good Luck

Love Bob? Tell me about it! I came here to quit smoking and unexpectedly found my soul mate. It's challenging for us as we are thousands of miles apart but as you say, love shines through and our enduring love shines through like a beacon and keeps us close and focused. We have a plan and love is the driver.
Thanks for your eloquent post Bob, today of all days I found it particularly touching.
My congratulations once more to you on your one-year quit, a job well done.

Getting rid of them is just symbolic as long as stores nearby continue to stock them do with them as you wish, keep them or discard them, it doesn't really matter, - just don't smoke!
Good Luck
