Behind the scenes - reflections on one month - my (earned) ramble

wow.  some interesting stuff here.  it is amazing how much importance we put on smoking...when i was only into my 8th or 12th day - i wondered how i would walk or blink or live without cigarettes...how can i open mail? what happens if the phone rings?  what do i do while waiting for a bus? here you are - decisions and situations - stress - parenting...the ups and downs of life which would have caused you to reach for a cig in the past...and you made it through all of it without doing so.  this post was very inspirational....you are a good quitter and a strong one...one month is tough - but it gets easier...thank you for sharing your experience so honestly...good luck and keep it up....

Is it Six Months Today?

i thought so!  that is why i asked Is It six Months today?  i thought it would be the 7th since i stopped on the 7th...but i guess because i am a recruiter (did she/he last 90 days? a day is a day...) i got confused by the 180 thing.  either way - i appreciate the support and encouragement and i will keep it up - i will not post on the 7th with a cigarette in my mouth.  LOL
