Hi guys, Hey, have any of you ever had a colon cleanse? Or know someone who has had one? They're supposed to be very good for the digestive system and can help with weightloss as well as getting rid of toxins in the body. Hi Hummy. I thought everyone went away. I haven't really been keeping up with calories and fat lately but I probably should. I will tell you that I have been getting a lot of exercise. All together I have lost 18 pounds and have gone down one size in clothes so it seems to be working. School is over and I need to get back on the wagon. I don't want to do it alone. Anyone willing to commit to a new Daily Diet thread, please let me know. Wow! We must have all been VERY busy. b- egg beaters, toast s- yogurt/fruit l- salad/salmon Ive ridden my bike 5 miles a day for about a week now. Have also started the 8 minutes in the morning exercises that helped me lose weight last time. So far, Ive lost 2 lbs. Maybe my body has FINALLY figured out whats going on. Even though I didnt gain any weight when I quit smoking, I couldnt lose any either.
