Help! I thought that I was doing so good. eating healthy and lots of vegies with my panda express..... Then I found out how many calories are in that food...I could not figgure out why the scales not only didn't loose, but kept going up.... Yikkkeees!! So its back to making my own food and eating at home. More exercise and less sitting around. Although the yard is taking alot of my time, its slow work and alot of bending over, and over, and over.... Cheryl If I keep going like I have been, I won't even fit in the Grand Canyon when we get there next month. Hey people, Sorry, I have been sluffing off for awhile. The spring yard work has really taken over my life and I don't seem to get here quite as often. Back off the food a little more now. But the exercise routine is slipping. Have added a lot of bending and pulling, and bending and lifting with the garden work. B Slim fast shake s= 3 glasses of water L- Meatloaf sandwich potato sticks iced tea That's all the farther I have gotten today. Catch you later. Hey everyone, nice to see some still working at this. I am too and losing a little. I am working and gardening and walking and biking, and and and lol. I leave on Tues for Atlantic City for 4 days with my girlfriend and I really need the vacation. On a sad note our very good friends that stood up with us when we got married, lost their son this week, 28 years old and he had a heart attack and died. Life is too short as we all know, go and do what you want, live life to its fullest, but dont smoke!!! Hi all, its so nice to see everyone enjoying the new thread and keeping up with dieting/exercise. I am still at it and probably always will be. I watch everything I put in my mouth and I walk/bike/swim at least 2 times a day. I can't do much more than that so I just hope for the best. Hummy congratulations on your 11 months, way to go girl!!! Rusty it looks like youron the right track, keep up the good work. Take care y'all.
