addictive personality says it all.
My girlfriend says i drink more as well.
Aside of my brother passing on Friday the Day before my birthday A bottle of wine and 24 beers alot of talking and emails I never had that strong desire. I feel smoking doesnt exist anymore with me.
To drink coffee or an alcoholic beverage is a huge hurdle and when family stress is there that is another hurdle to fight not to have one,,,

As a fellow Ontarian With the weather that we are now having,,It helps us even more,,,there is no need to go outside and crouch-puff-puff-shiver-shiver!
I am having stronger urges but I realize I am going to get dizzy if I have just 1 puff and inhale ,,so I have to concentrate on avoiding that feeling.

Stillgotit,,,,
Your intro, just reminded me of that scene on the subway platform in the movie 'Ghost'
I am like the other comment as for me yes I wish to see 30 days as well
I have noticed at work when I am at or towards the end of my shift that is when I get the craving of the day,,the worst part of my quitting is at work sometimes because I could smoke at anytime and that is part of my challenge as well
At least I started to be smokefree when It was cold outside which makes you not want to go out to puff and shiver at the same time.

My doctor whom is an ex-smoker said to me ytrs ago that you have to change routine,,,which is true,, "if you don't want to slip...don't
go where it is wet" I have my coffee still and while at work I think of cigarrettes or having one HOWEVER in my mind I will remember in the past that the same thing will happen to me which I plant or remind myself 1. I will get dizzy and nauseated 2. I will say to myself why did I do that? and that negative feeling will be there cause right now I feel positive
