Hi all from Ottawa Ontario. Even the hot air from parliament hill doesn't help with the cold these days. I've enjoyed your posts and all the things we did when we smoked its funny now to look back at how silly we all were. Best of luck with your quits. PS my biggest issue seems to be stomach pains. Anyone else experiencing this ;p

Hi All, Bowmanville here.. was in Castleton last night (b/f lives there if anyone has heard of it)...Congrat's to everyone.. we have all acomplished a lot.. It is funny to read some of the comments.. I am referring to the one's about carrying the wetwipes in the car and perfume etc... I did the same thing.. gum, listerine strips, you name it... the cravings are getting much easier... now it's just when I have a couple of drinks.. I think about it... good luck to all.. Emandel, I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the benefits of your quit! Can anyone else tell emandel what other benefits she has to look forward to? Congratulations on 6 days! Hell week is almost over! Have you started thinking how you'll reward yourself for hitting the 1 week mark? Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

Congratulations from another ontarian. I can vouch for the fact that this can be done, I smoked at least a pack a day for 36 years and now I am smoke free and loving it!!! The benefits are endless...... more money, smell better, look better, get healthier, breathe better, rewards, rewards, rewards, no more being tied to smoking, no more missing out on conversations while you go outside to smoke, no more freezing outside smoking, no fear of when you can sneak in another smoke, walk, exercise etc. without getting out of breath, no more coughing and coughing and coughing, I can go on forever, but the main thing for me is you are so proud of such an accomplishment as quitting smoking!!!
