I often thought of rationing also.
However with all the chemicals and everything in the ciggy's,,,
nothing is healthy. So why 'ration'?
It is an addiction ! BOTTOM LINE .
The sole purpose of us here is that we want 100 % freedom.
And 100 % pure health asap from what we deprived us over the years.\
It is only up to each and every one of us to become fulfilled.

It must be normal.
I don't have much of a desire to " do it "
The demons are still there,,,the thought and I am holding strong
I am amazed that the mind can try to persuade you to want to do something which is life threatening.
( animate vrs inanimate )
It is quite the war.
Do other people dream also about this ?

Hi Phil
Patches on? I would never use them,, I have heard of too many scary side effects, actually this was my easiest quit that I have had,,Not too much snacking and the craving hasn't been untolerable.
My woman and her daughter are very pleased with my acheivement and that is alot of extra support and what keeps me going as well.

I have also quit many times before and yes it is easy because i've done it so many times,,,,however keeping the quit is the challenge
I have the litle urges and somehow my mind is drifting far from the
fact that i feel like I have never smoked in my life,,It is hard to explain.
I imagine 600 cigarettes that I haven't smoked standing on the table since my quit....Can you imagine in only 28 days seeing them all and seeing if I had actually smoked them WOW
What a very strong organ in our body which we have ABUSED over the years and we still have the power now to assist that strong organ
to heal itself so We can enjoy a longer " Prescious Life "
