2nd day...

Hey John, have a nice bowl of the Udin noodle soup at the Marketplace if you are in Waikiki area. It will clear you right out!! ;p Congrats on the quit, you are on day three and Nicotine head will start pulling some fast punches. Expect them to happen and then put them out of your mind and move on. Stay busy. 22 weeks pregnant...help?

Like you lost a friend!!??? My Quit Date: 4/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 76 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,900 Amount Saved: $624.72 Look at these stats from Banana who is also in Canada where cigarettes are very expensive. For $300 a month a lot of people would be willing to be your friend, especially a tobacco company. Starting Aerobics this week

I think the guys in my department are getting jealous. I used to smoke with the boys, now I sweat with the girls Sometimes quitting smoking and replacing it with exercise isnt so bad . :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 46 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,150 Amount Saved: $161.00 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 4 Mins: 55 Seconds: 2

It's been 4 weeks since my last cigarette

I know you can do it Colbert. Ex-smokers can get a craving from time to time. But smokers get them all the time. Rock on Buddy! We are proud of you and want you to have a healthy future. Just remember we are all here for you. :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 48 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,200 Amount Saved: $168.00 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 12 Mins: 24 Seconds: 21

Quitting Smoking is easy!

Do we know who the original author is to this? I really think this is worthy of being used on television having a different person of various ages saying each line. I think there are enough to make it a series of different 30 second spots. What to ya'll think? Weaning off chantix/Halfing the dosage?

I am coming up on my 11th week (I think) so plan to stop the Chantix with one week of pills leftover. Would like to save those in the event I experience an extreme craving. I am Sooo looking forward to not taking another Chantix, each time I take it reminds me that I used to smoke. I wish I could forget that I ever smoked.
