Hey Steve, I seem to have no problem quitting, but staying quit is where I have had trouble in the past. So I am currious what made you go back to smoking? I mean did something trigger it or did you just say one day. Hey, I think I will take up smoking again?

Thanks Kathleen, I have a co-worker asking if I want to go running with him but he ran the Chicago Marathon so feel I may be a burden to him. Found the couch to 5 k, I think that is what your talking about. Might give this a try!

It is all in choices, I have heard that over and over but recently found out the truth.
Actually, there is NOTHING WRONG with having a Hershey bar once in a while, actually less calories than my coke but more calories from fat. Everything in moderation.
Look at this...
So in my cafeteria today nothing overly healthy and not up for the salad bar so decided to go to subway.
Got a 6" turkey with chips and drink
Adding up my numbers on a calorie-count site I find out that the sub only 280 calories
But the Chips & Drink = 430! I never knew!
Could have ordered a Large Sub and Unsweetened tea and come out better!
So, here is your Hershey Bar
Serving Size 17 pieces (39.0 g)
Amount Per Serving
Calories 215
Calories from Fat 125
% Daily Value*
Total Fat 13.9g21%
Saturated Fat 6.8g34%

Cholesterol 7mg2%
Sodium 29mg1%
Total Carbohydrates 19.9g7%
Dietary Fiber 1.4g6%
Sugars 17.4g

Now compare that to a large order of fries at Wendy's
Serving Size 6 7/10 oz (190.0 g)
Amount Per Serving

You can eat a Hershey bar every day if you want to.
It's all about Choices!

Sorry you had to reset counters Carlos. Is a shame to loose the numbers cause you did stop smoking for quite a while. Having a slip up is better than being a new quitter, but the counters dont show that.
I noticed that when people slip up they do rarely disclose what made them smoke. I think it may be helpful to identify what it was and how you intend to handle it in case it happens again to avoid a second relapse.

Remember the first 3 days are the most difficult. Once you expect that it seems to be easier to cope as you will see some light at the tunnel..
I'm thinking because you smoked your punsihment shoud be that you need to bring 2 new members to the board. ;p
