Welcome Spark and congrats on having a go at quitting again, I know it takes a lot of guts to start off in the first place. You have a couple of weeks until your quit date and I would recommend having a good look around at the various postings here as some are very inspiring and you can get some really good tips on how to prepare etc. I think that one of the keys to success is to really get the mind in gear so that you are 110% determined to get through it and also to have a plan of how to cope with the enevitable withdrawl symptoms. :)

Phew! that is certainly something to think about! I think that in many things it takes a special event for us to 'see the light'.
Thanks for sharing, it is definitely N.O.P.E. from now on. :8|:

Well done Rosie!! we have all been waiting with baited breath to find out if 'she did or she didn't' get one. Keep at it, you will be surprised at how soon your fitness will improve.
A tip, when the going gets too tough walk for a while (i.e. take a breather) then run again for a while, then walk and so on. This is called interval training and is very effective at burning calories.
Be Quit - Keep Fit :)
