Hi there, most of us have tried a few times to quit but don't forget that you only need to succeed once. Don't fear quitting, it is quite fantastic when you actually do it. What you do have to do though, is to be fully aware of what the challenges will be so that you can prepare yourself to meet them. That is where the program tools and all the people on this site come in, use them as much as you can because it really makes a huge difference.

You will find odd days where things seem to get harder again, all I can say is that they do not last and eventually days like this are very few and far between.
