Hi Tweedsly.Congrats on the Best decision in your life.Working On It has given you some great advise as usual.
The only thing I would add is that you should have substitutes ready for when the craves hit.I always smoked when I got in my car
so I started having a tictac instead.Instead of having a smoke after a meal I would go for a walk.Try and pick healthy subs.
Wishing you strength in your quit.

Monday Morning Parade

I will join all of you and not smoke this fine day,
I have been away and I am unable to navigate as I use .
I can no longer bring up the home screen or find myself.
Wondering if any one else is experienceing the same?

Three Months!

Congrats Viv.3 Months is something to be very proud of.
I hope the days start getting easier for you.I felt very strong after 3 months,
I knew I had many more triggers to work through.but for the most part I hardly thought about smoking.

Mine lasted for about the first 5 months of my quit.The heartburn was driving me crazy but it passed.
I was watching what I was eating,I think it just had to run its course.I havn't had it since
