End of Day 6

Hi Sammy
Those bad days are what helped me make it to 143 days, I kept telling myself I did not want to do them over again.
You are doing Great, the worst should almost be over. You will learn how to change direction when those triggers arise.
Most days I do not even think about a smoke now.Stick with it . The Freedom is Great.

Need Advice

Hi Sammy.Glad to see you won the battle. It seems we all have to work through all the triggers we have accumulated through our smoking years.
My worst day was the 24th day.I am still not sure what set it off and it took all my energy to fight it.From that point on it has only gotten better.
I will always keep my gaurd up but for most days now I do not even think about having a smoke. We should all be proud of each day we win back and be sure to reward
ourselfs for being so strong. It sounds like you have taken control and are well on your way in your quit.

What if? Part II

It is crazy how those thoughts can sneek in.My Aunt has quit for 12 years and she says she can still get the odd trigger.
Glad you put yours in its place.

I am planning a trip which will be my 6 month reward.
I am excited .I am looking forward to flying without having to worry about where and when my next smoke would be.
And I wont have to go up and down elevaters at the Hotel to go out and have a smoke.
I am really going to enjoy this trip.

Cograts 2 weeks is great and does only get better.
My Flashes were almost done and when I quit smoking they became stronger and more frequent
as well. They are finally starting to calm again.
