Calorie Count Diet

Calories have been consistently between 1500 to 1700 but I am breaking the rules tomorrow night. I was just thinking that I was ready for a REALLY good feast and then I remembered that I'm going out with friends tomorrow night. (One of my friends like to give out advice. I had told her before Christmas that I was upset about my weight soooooooooooo I hope she doesn't try to tell me what to eat - I deserve this meal!) 142.5 lbs (1/2 pound shy of 20 lbs loss since December) 7.5 lbs to go for goal weight. I am eating more but having been working out big time....Yesterday - swimming 16 lengths and 25 mins on bike. Today 30 min cardio class at noon and 60 minute training class after work. Now.........it's time to eat! Hi folks, 03-21 1357 CALORIES 03-22 1704 CALORIES 03-23 2542 CALORIES 03-24 1447 CALORIES 03-27 2017 CALORIES 03-28 1474 CALORIES I'm not tracking calories really strict right now-it was bringing me down. My weight really hasn't moved in a long time 193. So I'm going to use running as my scale. Distance and time make me feel better. I figure the rest will fall into place. My times are: 03/17 5K 37:35~~~~~~~~~~~~GOAL under 35:00 03/28 mile 11:35~~~~~~~~~~GOAL under 10:00 My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 137 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,123 Amount Saved: $890.5 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 14 Mins: 23 Seconds: 13

I haven't been putting my calories down because they've been consistently between 1500 and 1700. This training thing is giving me a whomping big appetite. I upped my exercise on the internet site that I go to and they STILL say that I'm only supposed to have 1600 calories maximum each day (I believe it's run by hyperbolic gymnast fascists who are slowly trying to kill me) Haven't weighed in the week so we'll see if the extra training has been a bonus or if the extra calories have been my downfall...To be continued... Well ... this training for the mini-triathalon thing is still boosting up my calorie intake...but today I put the swimming, bike and treadmill together. I was just as drenched when I came off the treadmill as when I came out of the pool... (Why couldn't I be one of those graceful women instead of sweating like a man) Yesterday - 1677 calories (25 mins on bike and 20 mins on treadmill plus some upper body weights) Today - 1934 calories (if I plan to eat everything on my menu) (20 mins swimming, 25 mins on bike and 30 mins on treadmill...too tired to do any weights) Windy My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 195 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,914 Amount Saved: $975 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 1 Mins: 31 Seconds: 40

The site that I go to tells me that I should eat between 1200 and 1550 calories a day to reach my weight loss goals but on days when I work out that just doesn't cut it so I'm breaking all the rules! Yesterday - 1564 (no gym) Today - 1618 (30 mins cardio class at lunch and one hour training for mini-triathalon after work) I am definately having my smoothie tonight! Down to 144 lbs...........9 more lbs to go to reach my goal!
