This is the first time Ive weighed myself in a few weeks and I was scared to weigh myself b/c I thought I would be totally dissapointed but I am very happy with this weigh in.. Yayeeeeee :) I havent logged my calories yet but I have a feeling that I did OK with cals but my sodium is probably waaaaaay over again.. argh My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/9/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 136 Amount Saved: $67.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 29 Seconds: 13

windy OK I just wanted to make sure you were aware.. I know of a few people who were completely clueless for months and ate 1000 or less then wondered why they were tired, grumpy ect.. Apparently 1200 is how many calories your body needs so that all your organs can function properly through out the day.. That can be scary and cause severe damaged to your body.. I eat between 1300-1500 a day usually and it's been working great for me so far.. (30lbs down in 7 mo) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/9/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 354 Amount Saved: $172.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 16 Mins: 22 Seconds: 20

2s2s 1500 was good for me, leaves me with a deficit of around 200 without excersize.. For me I have set my goal weight, I want to lsoe another 20 by June, it is do-able and is a healthy amount for 5 months.. Maybe I can wear a bathing suit this summer! NOT!!!!!!!!!! (Unless losing weight heals strech marks and makes your boobs grow)haha My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/9/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 354 Amount Saved: $172.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 16 Mins: 22 Seconds: 41

Windy Not to preach or anything but are you aware that the bare minimum of calories a female should eat during one day is 1200.. If you under eat every so often you will not feel the effects but if you do it all the time it will lead to what "they" call starvation mode... Peeps gotta make better food choices and excersize.. Even taking a long or a short brisk walk, every little bit counts towards weight loss or maintenance.. I lost 25-30lbs before I stopped smoking and Ill be DAMNED if Im gaining it back..lol.. It really is just as simple as making better food choices and excersizing.. Physical activity in the morning will speed up your metabolism for they day so make that sweet sweet love in the morning and get your day of to a great GREAT start :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/9/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 324 Amount Saved: $157.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 12 Mins: 54 Seconds: 44
