MMM.
Another week. Lots of thoughts today. Lots of questioning. Just from being out in the Fair Ground and seeing so many people smoking. I guess I lead a sheltered life.
Off to California tomorrow and there for a week. I know I will be sheltered.
Everything is good because I know, profoundly know the benefits of quitting and what it has done to my life. I also know that I could never every go back not even for a puff.
Just checking in and moving with the motion of the ocean.
Life Liberty and Freedom!
Ciao
Phillip

Thanks for this.
Last summer I had cravings all the time. They were worse the higher the humidex. I am spending most of my summer in the hills of northern California and the air is dry and mostly clean and I don't experience those cravings at all. When I get back to TO this summer and the air is heavy my lungs just feel like bursting. I can't say I crave in the same way as last summer.
Keep moving and just don't smoke.
Thanks
Phillip :)

Just checking in.
Life is good and I am so glad that most everywhere I go there is no smoking. Looking at the people hanging outside the outside patio because they can not smoke on the patio is a trip. I know and am grateful because there but for the grace of God go I.
MMMM Something to think about.
The humidity here at home slays me and the clean dry air in the hills of Northern California is so clear and I breath so much easier. Time will improve this and I know I need to keep swimming and breathing and doing everything I can to improve my lungs.
Keep up the great work all of you stalwart quitters.
Life is so much better, freer and just plain cleaner without all this filthy smokes. Pleased as punch 12700 + smokes not smoked and better than $4000.00 saved and 83 days of sweet life gained.
Ciao for now. I hope I can get back to celebrate my lunarversary on the 17th and I shall see.

MMMMMMM
17 months today! Hooray! On the 17th! Almost a year and a half. I am happy. Nice to see how very supportive this site has been for the last week or two! Very nice.
I will be off to do my happy dance, just like the great Snoopy Dog! Life just keeps on getting better and my lungs just keep on getting better. Perhaps it is all the oxygen that my brain is getting but I feel so very good almost all of the time. A huge change from a year ago.
Peace Love and Joy
