Low fat yogurt smoothies with frozen fruit - plus all that fresh fruit that is out there right now - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries...........the whole bit!
I can't believe that I have been eating food with all that fat in it for so many years - We have fat-free yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese and whole wheat bread, pasta, etc.....It all tastes good!

Baby carrots or cut up cauliflour, broccoli or fresh mushrooms, with Kraft 3 Cheese dressing, or Ranchers' Choice, for dip.
Cut up Honeydew Melon or Canteloupe Melon.
Sugar free fudgsicles or creamsicles, a nice treat at 40 calories.
Or about 20 dry roast nuts for a midmorning or midafternoon snack, keeps the blood sugar level.
