On the eve of 21 months
MMM Oh YES!
Another month has rolled along.
Life is very busy and life is very full.
The inspiration that comes from the simple act of quitting has been powerful for me and has driven me further in my quit.
The blessings that I gather to me as I offer support and a helping hand along the way to others is a huge reward.
The gratitude and relief I feel at reaping the benefits that my body feels at having quit after so many years offers me a new lease on life. What a wonderful feeling it is to be able to breath and what an awesome feeling to know and appreciate that my body is healing and that I have the ability to regenerate.
Be strong out there. Know that if I can do this that every one of you can do it also.
Cheers enjoy the snow that will soon arrive. :eg:

Posting on December 1st a day of solemnity and remembrance for all that have passed, for all those that are suffering and for all those that are looking for hope.
In all of the studies that I have read the chances of quitting and having particular (unnamed on this forum) other factors going on in life are very much stacked against the quitter. So those of you that have those factors going on please don't give up hope. Quitting smoking can be done. The quality of life that comes as a result of quitting is astounding. Fighting the fight against addiction to nicotine and being supported to choose life is a miracle that can be won.
Best wishes and blessings to you all. Peace and hope for the future.
All this from one smoker who chose different and has come out on the other side with a new lease on life.
Peace
Phillip
