Today Valentines Day doing my heart great!
By not smoking my cholesterol levels have changed for the way better, my blood pressure has changedalso for the better. My breathing and ability to transfer oxygen and feed the cell structure of my body has benefited on a tremendous level. Almost two years down the road my risk factors for heart attack and stroke have changed for the first time.
TAADAA
Let's hear how you have done your heart good by quitting.
Cheers
Phillip
No Doubt not a single doubt...doubt brings fear and fear attacks confidence.
Keep the quit. Eliminate doubt.

As a tiny add on to the Valentines Day thingy ma gig...
I am still celebrating, still finding the joy in a new found life.
A huge part of doing my heart good is in the very act of celebrating and being grateful for life and all it brings.
You might want to check out this thread to see a recent day by day account of this very celebration.

A little quote - With Gratitude and Thanks to Rusty
[b][quote]
Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful.

You are doing nothing wrong.
Many of the older posts got cut off when the did the last major upgrade on the site.
Email the moderators at "feedback" in the lower righthand navigation bar. Sometimes they can fix the problem and get the remainder of the thread back. Seems it is only done when requested and on a thread by thread basis.
