The patch has worked well for me, along with theese great all naturaul things called tea tree chewing sticks. They are like toothpicks with this all naturaul mentol bite to them. Works great. Keep it up!

Good for you. Remeber, cigarettes give you a false sense of coping. They don't really calm you down, they stimulate and make the problem worse. As bad as you were feeling, you would have felt worse if you slipped and smoked.
On Sunday my son punched and kicked me several times while telling me he hated me. All because it was time for a bath. I know how you feel. Hang in there.Remeber- smoking will only make you feel worse.
Today I am quitting after 15 years. Ive tried twice int he last 10 years but never because I wanted to. I think that makes a big difference. My wife quit 2 months ago and Im so proud that I am now doing it. I HATE the way this patch feels , physically it's making me sore. Anyhow, even after I'm completely smoke free I will continue to hate those stupid TRUTH ads... so lame.
I got theese Life Saver sours made with Splenda that are the bomb! I'd recomend theese to people, or any sugar free or sugar substitue type of candy. The weight gain is bad enough, why gain weight from excess sugars ect.
Misha- I had the same problem. Are you putting the patch on your arm? If so try putting it on your upper chest. I shaved a small section on either side of my upper chest to put the patches there. (alternating spots every other day) I still get a big red rash like mark where the patch was every day too. Thats why I switch spots eash day.
If the problem continues talk to a pharmacist or switch to the gum. I feel your pain!
Today im 2 days away from being completely smoke free for one month. This weekend ive been craving more than ever. Im getting verry irratable too. Also why are all the posts backwards or is it just me? makes no sense to have the first post on the bottom or on the last page. I supppose me being pissed off and craving isnt helping my mood either but I speak the truth.

Thanks for all the support everyone. And an extra special thanks to everyone who spelled my name correctly without the "H" (sorry pet peeve) I think I probably should have followed the directions on the patches, probably didnt help my mood. Also my wife had dental surgery friday (all 4 wisdom teeth- 3 impacted!) So I have been doing eveything. Our son has also picked the perfect time to start going Apesh*t (For lack of a better word) Im ok now tho... Today I have no more patches lef tho...
