Recently I got off the patch and even started having a beer now and then. I was worried drinking would be my downfall so I stopped for 4 weeks. (not that im a big drinker) Now I can really taste the beer so much better and I love it more without smoking.

7 days ago my wife told me to pack my bags and leave. She "needed time to think" Today i emailed her quickly to let her know i was stopping by the house while she was at work to grab a few more things. She called me halfway there to tell me she changed the locks. I was in shock. I had never been abusive or destructive to her in any way. This is the darkest time in ym life right now...im using my sadness as an excuse to want to smoke but fighting it.
I need some encouragment guys.
