Ron,
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
- this is not the time to give up your Quit.
I'm so sorry I wasn't there on the messenger today (I think that was you) BUT I am here now.
Grab hold of one or all of us right now - and hold on to us TIGHT, squeeze us, feel us, and hang on to us. We will hold a place for you until you get a handle and can hold one for yourself.
Just HANG IN THERE - get into something comfortable, get still, read, post, yell, scream, cry, punch a pillow, walk around the block, hug someone, JUST DO NOT GIVE INTO THIS UGLY, DREADFUL ADDICTION.
YOU need YOU, WE need YOU.
DON'T YOU GIVE UP YOUR QUIT! THIS WILL PASS.
Please reread all of these posts to you, especially Lady's.
YOU ARE NOT IN THIS ALONE!
Grab hold of my hand - take it - hang on to it - don't you dare let it go. Grab on to any of us - we are RIGHT HERE...
Don't smoke, Ron, DON'T.
do anything, but DON'T SMOKE. DON'T KILL YOURSELF.
We care, we are right here.
Messenger me. Messenger anyone.
REACH OUT. NOW.
Blessings and Light - and hands reaching out to YOU, Ron.

Hi JT and welcome,
Read and read more here, and post. This site has supported me more than I can express, so take full advantage of this place, the support and love here, and the info.
Just take it one moment, one day at a time. Don't get ahead of yourself and hold on very tight. Quitting is a very rough ride for most of us, but with a tight, secure seatbelt (focus and determination) you can do it.
Get some detailed clarity about why you're quitting, build your toolbox of proactive behaviors so you have them to call on when this addiction tries to suck you back in...
And just make up your mind to Quit, and most importantly, to STAY QUIT...

Hi ang -
hmmm... well I cry (alot sometimes) yell at somebody, get frustrated and go for my mall walks, go for a ride on my motorcycle, sleep... plant flowers, call a friend, post here and read the posts alot, listen to music, read...
-anything to distract me and get me to put one foot in front of the other...
Do what feels good - plant a flower, do a search online for something that interests you, watch a butterfly outside the window...
Feeling down, for me too, has been and is part of my journey. I am also finding, through the down times, what I really like and don't like, and what I need, so it's a blessing really as it's an intimate self journey...
Hang tight, dear one, you are not alone.
Blessings-
