Hey Ron!!! It is worth it. Yes I know how you are feeling! I am a very happy go lucky person myself and I really thought at one point that smoking was going to take me back to that person. Well, I soon realized that I CHOOSE to be happy, or sad, or mad, or anything else. Yes it may come on and it seems as though I can't help it but I can! When things get rough you can either let them bring you down or you can fight with everything inside of you to stay on top of the situation! This is a very difficult addiction to beat and 3 weeks is AWESOME and you really wouldn't want to go through this again. This passes I promise. I hit rock bottem around the same time in my quit and thought it was gonna kill me but I survived. My actual cravings for a smoke wasn't bad either, I mean they came and went of course but I knew I wouldn't lite one up. This is a mental thing now and you need to take back control of your mind. Easier said then done, I know, but it's really positive thinking and perserverance(?) that's gonna help you come out on top! You will make it through this if you keep mind control!! Do not let that Junkie win. You can do this!!! You are doing spectacular in your quit and you would hate yourself to smoke one right now!! Keep your head up and trudge forward. I am sure your tired of hearing it, but, it DOES GET BETTER!!! Keep a positive outlook!!! Take back control of your mind, body, and soul!
